Supported by the Queensland Government, this RSA initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of Queenslanders from culturally diverse backgrounds to partake in Queensland’s economy and society by providing them with bridging knowledge and skills to improve their employability profile and have a better chance to pursue a career within the Australian Rail sector.
Run in six weeks, the MCM program will assist participants into potential work-experience placements in organisations in the rail sector and will also serve as a potential pathway into the RSA “Train Tracks" program.
