Welcome to the February 2016 issue of our Investment Newsletter

This month we focus on a number of initiatives from the Australian Government’s National Innovation and Science Agenda: the importance of cyber security; and funding to bridge the gap between biomedical research and commercialisation.

We report on a number of success stories, including multi-billion dollar investments in the resources and energy sector; Canadian pension fund investments in Australian beef stations; US investment in bio-pest control agri-tech; and investments across a number of innovative biotech platforms.

Major events this month include the inaugural Australia United States Business Week which will be held in venues across the United States from 22-26 February 2016.
